It could be another week before we know what will happen with the Union Jr/Sr High School.
Members of the community for and against closing the school made their case to the North East Sullivan School Board last night.
Close to a thousand people packed the gym at North Central High School in Farmersburg.
Many ideas were presented to help cut costs and bring the corporations $300,000 short fall under control.
There were also many ideas on what improvements in curriculum could be made with only one high school and one middle school in the corporation.
No vote was taken last night.
The board will have an executive meeting on Friday.
A final decision could come down on Monday.
