At 5:30 this morning, Indiana State Police and Vigo County emergency agencies responded to a two-vehicle crash on US 41 at Springhill Drive.
The crash sent three occupants to the area hospitals.
Preliminary investigation revealed a 1999 Ford Ranger pickup driven by 24-year-old James M. Waugh of Marshall, Illinois was southbound on US 41 and failed to stop for a red light at Springhill Drive.
The Waugh vehicle then struck a westbound on Springhill Drive 2006 Mitsubishi four-door in the passenger side.
The Mitsubishi was driven by 20-year-old Nancy M. Nasser-Fortin of Terre Haute.
Waugh was transported to Terre Haute Regional Hospital for neck and back pain.
Nasser-Fortin was transported to Union Hospital of Terre Haute for general pain.
A passenger in the Nasser-Fortin vehicle, William Jarvis, age 30, of Terre Haute was airlifted to Methodist Hospital for neck and back pain.
James M. Waugh was cited for disregarding an automatic signal.
