A jury has found David Bisard guilty of all charges yesterday.
Bisard was an officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and was on trial for criminal recklessness and drunken driving charges for crashing his squad car while on duty into a group of motorcyclists in August 2010.
A 30-year-old man was killed and two other people were seriously injured.
Sentencing for Bisard was scheduled for Nov. 26.
The prosecutor in the case said that Bisard was not an evil person and there were no winners on either side of the case.
