Formal charges have been filed against a Clay County teen in connection with an April accident that left two people dead.
19 year old Kelsey Dawn Reid, of Carbon, is facing criminal recklessness charges after police say that she lost control of a car which then flipped and ejected 18 year old Darrell Moore and 20 year old Alexis Holbert-Darkis.
Moore and Darkis were both killed.
Reid tested negative for drugs or alcohol.
Reid is out of jail on $7,000 bond.
A trial is set for September, 4.
Officials say that speed may have played a part in the accident.
The investigation is continuing.
