Indiana convenience stores are suing the state so they can sell cold beer.
The Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association says that they are not being treated fairly since no convenience stores, gas stations or grocery stores can sell beer cold, only liquor stores can do that.
The mini-marts say that puts them at a disadvantage.
Indiana is the only state in the U.S. that regulates beer sales based on temperature. The current law doesn't apply to wine products.
