It took a couple of hours to get traffic flowing again yesterday on I-70 following an accident. 

The trouble began around 6:30 am Wednesday, when a semi overturned in the westbound lanes near the US 41 intersection. 

The roadway was closed down while emergency personnel tried to contain the nearly 150 gallons of diesel fuel that the semi dumped when it turned over. 

No one was injured in the accident; the cause is still under investigation.
