The Brown County Sheriff's Department Sunday evening after a three year old male had suffered a gunshot wound. The boy was taken by Lifeline Helicopter Riley Hospital for treatment. His current condition is unknown. The Brown County Sheriff’s Department has asked the Indiana State Police to investigate the incident. It was revealed the boy was in a relative’s home at the time of the incident. The investigation is continuing and names have not been released.
