After mutliple delays, Will.i.am 's long-awaited solo album #willpower will be available on April 23, he has announced.  Look for  #willpower to include collaborations with Chris Brown , Miley Cyrus , Skylar Grey , fellow Black Eyed Peas band mate  apl.de.ap , Diddy , Lil Wayne and Pussycat Dolls ' Nicole Scherzinge r , among others.

Fans have already gotten a taste of another of the album's guest stars: last week, Will debuted "#thatpower," his new single with Justin Bieber , which is now available on iTunes.  The official video will be out next month, and Will assures that it's "going to be crazy fresh...#trust." 

"#thatpower" is the follow-up single to Will and Britney Spears ' "Scream & Shout," which will also appear on the album.  #willpower will be the Black Eyed Peas' frontman's fourth solo record overall.
