Lil Wayne is out of the intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, and has been moved to another room after doctors declared he's in stable condition.  That's according to TMZ , which reports that Wayne has been walking around the hospital on his own.

That's a big improvement from Wayne's condition last week, when he reportedly suffered a seizure.  TMZ reports that now the YMCMB boss is eating, and he could be out of the hospital very soon.

There are conflicting reports about what sparked Wayne's health scare, but TMZ reports that the rapper suffered a suspected codeine overdose.
