The Terre Haute city Council met last night.
The council unanimously decided to raise fees that the city charges for ambulance runs.
A $400 run for basic service would now be $450 and a life support ambulance run would go from $600 to $750.
Money from those fees to a fund that helps to pay for new trucks, other equipment and training.
The council also approved an ordinance to change 4th street to a two way street from Cherry Street to Poplar street.
Total cost for the change would be close to $250,000.
That money might come from an economic development fund.
