Ne-Yo is being sued by a woman who once claimed that he was the father of her child.  Jesseca White says in her lawsuit that Ne-Yo defamed her when he spoke about the paternity case on VH1's Behind the Music , according to TMZ .

Jesseca claims that Ne-Yo's comments on the show painted her as "an unchaste woman who deliberately tricked him into believing he was the father of her child... so that she could fraudulently bilk him of 'ungodly amounts of money,'" according to TMZ.

But Jesseca says she made it clear to Ne-Yo that she wasn't sure whether the baby, born in 2005, was his.  A paternity test later ruled him out. 

Jesseca says in her lawsuit that she suffered a backlash because of the show.  She adds that her career as a photographer and graphic designer has been negatively affected by Ne-Yo's comments, according to TMZ.
