The Town of Farmersburg has applied for a $500,000 grant through the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
If it is approved Farmersburg will build a storage tank at its sewage treatment plant that would catch excess water after a major rain storm. Some of the money could also be used replace some sewer lines in town.
