A Cloverdale man has been arrested on charges of child molesting.

The Putnam County Department of Child Services contacted the Indiana State Police about their suspicions.

State Police say that the believe that over the last six months 21 year old Richard Stuart allegedly engaged in various inappropriate acts with a five year-old female acquaintance.
