The Vermillion County courthouse in Newport will close at noon Monday so that county workers can pay their respects to one of their own.
Maintenance supervisor Clarence Williams recently passed away.
Services for the 63-year-old will be at 1 p.m. at the Deverdes Funeral Home in Cayuga.
