Attorneys for the Indiana Civil Liberties Union and the Vigo County Commissioners are getting close to settling a lawsuit.
The ICLU sued the Commissioners saying that the voting districts were not drawn fairly or equally.
Part of the problem appears to be with the federal prison south of town which is part of the cit.
The inmates don’t vote and that seems to be throwing the numbers out of balance.
It appears that there are some adjustments in the works that will make all sides happy.
