A delay in the lifting of the ban on carrying concealed weapons in Illinois.
A federal appellate court granted the state's request to give Governor Pat Quinn an additional 30 days to review legislation passed last week.
The ban was supposed to end on Sunday.
The new rules passed in the state legislature would mean that you would have to pay $150 for a permit, and have 16 hours of training.
The court says no more extensions will be granted.
