Bond has been set for a Brazil man charged with attempted murder in a July 2 shooting in Fontanet. 46 year old Brent Cooley, had bond set at $150,000 with 10 percent allowed.
He has now been released after posting bond.
A trial is set for December 9th.
Cooley appeared in court in a wheelchair and said that he was disabled by a workplace injury in 2005.
Cooley allegedly tracked down the victim and shot him in the face over a dispute over $25.
The victim was grazed by the bullet and did not suffer serious injury.
