A judge has rejected a change of venue request for a second man accused in the death of 19 year old Katelyn Wolfe.
Wolfe's body was found June 10 in a rural lake with a 20-pound weight tied to it. She had been last seen walking a day earlier in Linton.
25 year old Jordan Buskirk will stand trial in Greene County but a jury will be brought in from another Indiana county.
26 year old Randal Crosley is also accused in Wolfe’s death and he also was told by a judge that an out of county jury will be brought in to hear his case as well.
Both Jasonville men are being held without bond on murder, conspiracy to commit murder and other charges.
