A Vigo County murder trial continues.

Richard Boswell, Junior is accused of strangling Kathy Jo Baker to death in May of '79. He's also accused of breaking the skull of her two year old son and leaving him for dead.

State Police say DNA evidence on Baker's shirt links Boswell to the crime.

A forensic pathologist, State Police detective, and state police lab technician were among the witnesses for the State who testified against Boswell so far.   The trial is expected to last the rest of this week.
