A follow up to a story on a moped accident.

Officials say that the Terre Haute man injured in that crash on North Hunt Street this past Saturday night has died.

Robert Hoole lost control and was thrown off the moped.

He was found lying on the ground and was revived by emergency medical personnel.

Authorities say that Hoole has a blood alcohol level of .216.

He was taken to an Indianapolis hospital and died Tuesday night.
