Major storm damage reported in eastern Greene County last night.

Greene County Sheriff's Department reports heavy structural damage to several residences on State Road 43 from Solsberry to Hendricksville in Eastern Greene County. Heavy debris in the roadway including trees and power lines has resulted in several roads being blocked in the area including State Road 43.

It will be closed from Solsberry to Hendricksville until further notice.

No injuries are reported at this time

Other areas of the Wabash Valley suffered damage including downed trees, power lines and flooded roadways.

Wind gusts in the Terre Haute and Sullivan areas reportedly hit 60 MPH while there were reports of 70 MPH wind gusts in Daviees County.

Severe damage was also reported in the Indianapolis area.
