Indiana State ended Wichita State’s home win streak Tuesday night at Charles Koch Arena in Wichita Kansas.
The win over Wichita State is the Sycamores first win over a ranked opponent in five tries this season.
Three players hit double digits. Manny Arop led the way with 17 points while Devonte Brown and Jake Odum scored 10 each.
Wichita State had won 19 straight home games before meeting the Sycamores.
Indiana State held the Shockers to 27.1 percent shooting.
Sycamores won the contest 68-55, their first win at Wichita State since 2004.
During Coach Lansing’s three seasons as head coach at Indiana State, the Sycamores are 38-3 when holding opponents to less than 63 points.
Indiana State is on the road again February 2nd at Drake.
