A man arrested for taking a drive in the buff yesterday.
Terre Haute Police say that 58 year old James August Hartmann was arrested on initial allegations of public indecency, operating a vehiclewhile intoxicated, criminal recklessness, leaving the scene of a propertydamage accident and two counts of resisting law enforcement.
Apparently a delivery driver saw Hartmann exposinghimself from his car on North 11th and then called police.
Hartmann then led police on a chase which ended when hecrashed.
His blood alcohol content tested at 0.24, and cocaine was also believed to be present.
Hartman will be in court today.
