When Britney Spears sang "Oops...I Did It Again," she could've been describing her approach to real estate.  According to Canada’s QMI agency, the singer may be looking to unload the $8.5 million Los Angeles estate she just purchased in November.

QMI quotes a local real estate agent as saying, "We heard [Britney's] already made inquires about what she can resell it for."  Britney currently shares the five-bedroom, seven-bath home -- nestled in the exclusive Lake Sherwood community 90 minutes north of Hollywood -- with her two sons, Preston and Jayden , and ex-fiance Jason Trawick . 

If Britney is planning another move, it wouldn't be the first time the singer's relocated in a flash.  The singer has lived in least 12 homes since 1999, including four homes in the past two years, QMI reports. 

Perhaps Britney is eyeing a movie to Las Vegas, since she's reportedly considering a megabucks deal for a residency at a major hotel in Sin City.
