A Terre Haute man has been arrested for allegedly making inappropriate contact with a 4-year-old girl.

37 year old Steven Cook allegedly had inappropriately touched a 4-year-old girl back in 2004.

This was apparently the only time anything had happened but police say that they victim brought the incident back up to them.

Cook is being held on $75,000 cash bond.
