A Vigo County man is behind bars on $45,000 bond after being arrested on child molestation charges.
38 year old Charles Hancock allegedly was found inappropriately touching a 7-year-old boy last spring.
Hancock told authorities he had heard voices telling him to touch the child.
Hancock had previously been convicted of Child Molestation in 2003.
