A plea deal for a former Brazil police chief accused of stealing $2,000 in federal grant money from the department.

Indiana State Police arrested Terry Harrison in 2008.

Harrison was charged with two felonies but under terms of the plea deal he will plead guilty to Official Misconduct and other charges would be dropped.

The deal did not set sentencing.

A hearing to rule on the possible plea and sentencing will be held on February 21.
