A teen that escaped from Gibault School and allegedly took part in a deadly crime spree has decided to change his guilty plea and he wants a new attorney.
Police say that Andre Moton and two other teens escaped from Gibault, beat a man, stole his car and then led police on a chase that killed one of the teens.
Moton had initially been charged with several felonies, including Murder and pled guiltily to lesser charges as part of a plea deal.
Moton said that he isn’t happy with his plea deal or council.
The judge in the case has set a hearing for February.
