The fiscal cliff continues to cause problems.
The U.S. Internal Revenue Service says it will begin accepting 2012 tax filings almost a week later than normal on Jan. 30.
The main reason is because of late changes to tax law made in Congress' legislation to avoid the 'fiscal cliff.
Some won’t be ready to file even then.
If you are claiming residential energy credits or making certain other claims, you will probably have to wait till February or early March.
