Police continue to investigate shots being fire New Years Day outside the King of Diamonds Bar in Terre Haute. Cops say that the shooter aimed for a van, but hit a nearby security guard who was wearing a bullet proof vest and was not injured.
Police believe a fight earlier that week led to the incident.
