An Indiana melon farm tied to a salmonella outbreak last year could be facing more trouble from the government.

The outbreak sickened more than 260 people, put 94 in the hospital and killed three.

Chamberlain Farms in Gibson County has been notified by the FDA that it needs to do more to improve sanitary conditions. 

The farm has improved its sanitary conditions but the FDA says more needs to be done.
