A Shelburn woman will have to make a court appearance after a Monday crash.

Police say that Elicia Crossno was eastbound on Oregon Church Road when she said she tried to answer her cell phone and wound up running off the road and hitting some small trees.

Police say that Crossno had a blood alcohol level of point 31 when she was taken to Regional Hospital and then to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
