Several charges have been filed against a Terre Haute man for allegedly threatening a former girlfriend and holding her against her will.

30 year old Joshua Angel went to his ex-girlfriends home after he was removed by police.

Crystal Thibodeaux said Angel locked the doors and windows of the house, dragged her by her hair, threatened her with a knife and slashed her furniture.

Thibodeaux said she eventually went to sleep and he left.
