A follow up to a story from this past weekend where three people face charges in a beating of a man and woman.

It happened Sunday morning, in area of 96 ^th and Atherton in Northern Vigo County.

Brandon Pettiford and Jessie Stout were allegedly chased down, run off the road and beaten by Jesse Norton, David Reyhill and Brittany Parish.

Norton and Reyhill face charges of Aggravated Battery while Parish faces a misdemeanor battery charge.

Reyhill and Norton were both in court Tuesday.

Bond for both was set at $50,000.

Both were ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case.
