An update on a story from this past weekend where three people are accused of chasing down and beating two others in northern Vigo County.

An altercation of some kind happened early Sunday morning, around 96th Ave. and N. Atherton St.

Brandon Pettiford was beaten and had to be taken to an Indianapolis hospital for his sever injuries.

Jessie Stout was also beaten.

20 year old Jesse Norton, 21 year old David Rayhel, and 20 year old Britanie Parrish, are all in the Vigo County Jail on various charges for allegedly beating the two.

Norton, Rayhel and Parris will make court appearances this week.

The latest information that we have is that Brandon Pettiford is listed in fair condition.
