A Terre Haute man is in the Vigo County Jail on charges that he molested two children between 1991 and 2008.

53 year old Herbert Sheese has been charged with two counts of Child Molestation and is being held on $100,000 bond.

The boy was between 7 and 13 years old and the girl was between 5 and 11 years old during the incidents.

The boy, who is now an adult, told investigators the abuse began when he was in second grade.

The girl, who is still a minor, told investigators she first remembered being molested when she was five years old, but she said her siblings told her she had been molested much earlier.

Police say that allegedly Sheese repeatedly performed sex acts on the two children who lived with him and had sex with others in front of them.
