A high speed chase yesterday lands two people in jail.
The chase began when police say they noticed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed in Saint Bernice.
The pursuit which reached speeds of 120 mph, continued into Edgar County, and finally ended in Blanford, Indiana when the vehicle got stuck in a field.
During the chase meth and other items were thrown from the car.
The Vermillion County Sheriff's Department arrested Kevin Kelley of Blanford and Nicole Sims of Terre Haute. They are both being held at the Vermillion County Jail.
