Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn gave his annual State of the State address Wednesday in Springfield.

Quinn wants to do a lot of things in the future including raising the Illinois' minimum wage from $8.25 to $10 an hour.

He wants the state legislature to solve the nearly $100 billion budget gap.

He would like to ban so called assault weapons and high capacity magazines in Illinois and he would like to let gays get married.
