Federal prison time for a former West Terre Haute police chief.
Mark Arnold was sentenced to 12 months in prison after admitting to a charge of lying to a federal firearms dealer.
Last year Arnold used public funds to buy 26 guns, which he then re-sold.
All but six of those guns have been traced and taken back.
