A Terre Haute man who was allegedly involved in two armed robberies is now facing at total of 21 criminal charges.
18 year old Jamar E. Dashillas was in court for formals charges to be filed Friday.
Police say that he and 18 year old Derice Shane Hammond Jr. of Indianapolis, along with another unidentified male, forced their way into a home on Jan. 11 and robbed and assaulted the two people in the home.
Then on Jan. 26, the two along with the unidentified male allegedly forced their way into a home while three people were inside.
Police say that they robbed and assaulted one of the residents.
Dashillas will be in court today to have a trial date set.
Hammond will have another hearing on March 4. Hammond could soon be going to jail on probation violation charges stemming from this incident.
