A survey is being taken of Illinois residents to get their opinion on how to improve the states schools.

All students, teachers, and parents have the opportunity to take an online questionnaire called the '5Essentials' survey before the March 31^st deadline.       It targets areas of leadership, teachers, families, environment, and instruction.       Official’s hope that all those affected will take part.
