A guilty plea from a man accused of child sextortion. Richard Finkbiner of Clay County faces 11 counts of sexually exploiting minors and two counts of extorting minors.

Officials say that he would capture explicit images of the teens, and then threaten to release them publicly unless the teens gave him more images.     If the plea agreement is accepted by the federal court Finkbiner could face a minimum of 30 years behind bars.
