Two additional motions have been filed in the Randal Crosley murder case.
The 25-year-old Crosley, of Jasonville, is accused of the murder of 19-year old Katelyn Wolfe, of Linton.
His co-defendant in the case Jordan Buskirk, has already agreed to plead guilty and to testify against Crosley as part of a plea deal.
The first motion filed was to take Buskirk’s deposition and the second asked for funds to transcribe the deposition.
Buskirk won't be sentenced until after Crosley's May 19 jury trial.
That jury will come from a county other than Greene.
