The fight between Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz and Governor Mike Pence continues.
Ritz says an internal document obtained by her office shows Pence's new education agency is trying to strip her of power.
A Pence spokesperson says the governor had already killed the idea in October and accused Ritz of playing games.
A document from the Center for Education and Career Innovation discussed ways to limit Ritz’s power as chair of the State Board of Education.
That document was obtained by and released by Ritz’s office.
