One of the men accused of killing a Greene County woman was in court Tuesday to admit his guilt as part of a plea deal.
Jordan Buskirk pleaded guilty to a total of four counts including murder in the death of Katelyn Wolfe.
The murder charge alone could carry a sentence of 65 years.
The plea agreement calls for him to cooperate with law enforcement and prosecutors in their ongoing investigation and testify against his co – defendant in the case Randall Crosley.
Crosley is set for trial on May 19 next year.
Buskirk will not be sentenced until after Crosley's trial is over.
