More problems for the developers of an apartment complex in southern Vigo County.
Cobblestone developers recently agreed to build a brick wall between the apartments and Woodgate subdivision.
The apartments are very close to the houses and homeowners were concerned over safety, security, and privacy.
Now residents of another subdivision to the south, Viscaya Point subdivision, are asking for the same kind of wall.
One resident was quoted as saying that she has already had one drunken neighbor from Cobblestone take a dip in her hot tub.
No word on whether or not Cobblestone will build another wall but they will have to seek final approval to build near Viscaya Point at September 4th's Area Plan Commission meeting.
