It was confirmed on Monday that Tony Stewart will miss the rest of the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup season.
Stewart is recovering from surgery that repaired broken bones in his right leg. He suffered the injury during a sprint car race earlier this month.
Nationwide series driver Austin Dillon and NASCAR Sprint Cup veteran Mark Martin will replace Stewart in the No. 14 Stewart-Hass Chevrolet for the remaining races in the Sprint Cup series.
Mark Martin was driving for Michael Waltrip Racing but was released on Monday to join Stewart-Hass.
