South Vermillion Schools are going high-tech to insure the safety of students.
Some South Vermillion buses have five cameras located both inside and outside of vehicle.
The buses are also equipped with GPS.
The video goes to a computer in the South Vermillion Transportation Office.
The cameras see everything including the students, the driver of the bus and cars driving by.
Those outside cameras will capture a picture of drivers that blow-through the stop arms.
There is capacity to store up to two months worth of video.
South Vermillion’s transportation budget paid for the cameras.
