A man who has already been on trial twice for murder will go to trial again on January 27th next year.
Richard Boswell is charged with the 1979 murder of Kathy Jo Baker in Riley.
He was arrested in 2010, after authorities said DNA evidence linked him to the crime. Both of Boswell's previous trials were declared mistrials due to information that was reviled to both juries by accident.
They judge had ruled that information inadmissible. Boswell is currently free while he awaits the third trial.
