Indiana lawmakers are still trying to outlaw taking pictures and videotaping at farms and factories.
The Indiana House passed one version of the law that is different from one already passed in the Senate.
The bill and ones like it passed in other states come after undercover video and pictures have been taken by groups to point out alleged illegal or abusive conditions.
Those for the law say that the pictures are taken out of context while those that are against it say that it while stifle whistle blowers.
The bill now goes to a conference committee to try to work out differences between the house and senate versions
